Israel does not need to import that thesis. It is the leading deep tech hub outside the US, and its defense and dual-use founders are raising at record pace.
What is missing is not the technology or the founders. It is capital at the very start. Long R&D cycles, engineering risk and regulation keep traditional angels and VCs away from pre-seed and seed. That is the gap we exist to close.
